Services on Offer

Let’s Succeed Together

At Bridging The Way, we believe that lasting change starts with understanding people, building trust and creating the right conditions for success. We work across education, communities and specialist services to tackle the barriers that can prevent children, young people and families from thriving. From attendance and welfare to early help, safeguarding, behaviour, interventions, training and community engagement, we bring practical expertise and a people-centred approach to every challenge. We connect people, strengthen relationships and turn challenges into opportunities for meaningful change.

Attendance & Welfare Service

Our Attendance & Welfare Service provides practical, relationship-led support to improve attendance, engagement and educational outcomes. We work alongside schools, pupils and families to understand the barriers behind absence and provide targeted support through mentoring, home visits, family engagement, early intervention and coordinated action. Our approach is proactive, trauma-informed and focused on sustainable change.

THRIVE Intervention Programme

THRIVE is our structured intervention programme designed to help children and young people develop the skills, confidence and understanding they need to thrive in education and beyond. Through a consistent, evidence-informed programme of targeted interventions, we address key areas such as behaviour, relationships, emotional wellbeing, healthy choices and future aspirations — creating space for young people to reflect, develop and grow.

Training Courses

Our training equips education and community professionals with the knowledge, confidence and practical tools to respond effectively to the challenges facing children, young people and families today. Drawing on our specialist experience across education, safeguarding, attendance, behaviour, trauma-informed practice, cultural understanding and community engagement, our courses are practical, relevant and designed to translate directly into everyday practice.

Community Work

Our community work connects families, schools, services and local organisations to create stronger, more inclusive communities. We engage directly with communities, provide accessible support, create opportunities for families to connect with services and develop partnerships that respond to local needs. Our work is built on trust, cultural understanding and meaningful participation — ensuring communities are not simply supported, but actively involved in shaping solutions.
